What exactly is BeChallenge?
The layer that turns your educational model into demonstrable reality. BeChallenge connects what the institution declares (its graduate profile) with what students live (challenges, projects, internships, COIL) and what they can demonstrate (competency evidence). It is not an LMS or a marketplace: it is infrastructure for orchestrating experiential learning at institutional scale.

A method architecture, not a recipe: four pillars (investigate, connect, co-create, evaluate) on Kolb's cycle, with individual discovery before teamwork, metacognition and assessment in every phase — and we co-create it with each institution so the sequence and activities are truly theirs. Which active methodologies does it support?
Challenges (CBL), projects (PBL), cases, service-learning, hackathons and international collaboration (COIL) — all on a common structure based on Kolb's cycle, with an individual discovery phase before teamwork and traceability of every phase of the process.
How is learning assessed?
Through 360° assessment — self, peers, teacher and external actors such as company tutors —, competency rubrics and visibility of the process, not just the final product. Every assessment generates evidence that accumulates in the student's profile.
What is the "living" graduate profile?
The graduate profile stops being a statement in a PDF: every assessed experience generates evidence that is mapped to the competencies declared by the institution. Students, teachers and the institution see real development per person, cohort and program — the direct input for accreditation and decision-making.
What does AI do on the platform?
AI with pedagogical purpose, not as the product: an experience designer for teachers, rubric generation, pedagogical coach and evidence analysis. Providers with GDPR compliance and EU processing — and student data is never used to train models.
What does the student take away?
An evidence portfolio and a demonstrable skills profile: which competencies they developed, in which experiences and with which assessments. Exportable and shareable — for employers, graduate school or their own growth.
Does BeChallenge get the companies for us?
No — and it's deliberate. Platforms that "get" you companies give you generic projects from firms that don't know your region and won't hire your graduates. We activate the network you already have — agreements, alumni employers, allies — with a dedicated account for each company and your institutional brand. Onboarding includes the activation playbook: invitations, templates and the first wave of challenges published in the first 30 days. The relationship stays yours; we provide the infrastructure to scale it.
Do we have to reform the curriculum to start?
No — and it's deliberate. The entry doors (internships, company challenges, Challenge Weeks, COIL) don't require touching the curriculum or going through committees. The curricular part comes later and voluntarily: teachers adopting ready-made challenges in their courses, at their own pace and with support.
Does this replace our LMS?
No. LTI 1.3 integration with Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard and Brightspace, single sign-on and grade synchronization. Your LMS manages courses; BeChallenge executes your educational model.
What if the faculty doesn't adopt it?
The right question — and the reason for our model. We start with a Challenge Week and measure real adoption before scaling. The pilot includes success metrics agreed by contract.
Is it useful for our accreditation?
Yes: longitudinal evidence of the graduate profile per student, cohort and program — the input that CNA, COPAES, CONEAU, CACES, ARCU-SUR, ABET or AACSB ask for. Exportable in ready-made reports.
Does it manage internships and company agreements?
The full cycle: agreements with alerts, academic and company mentors, checkpoints, shared assessment and a command center. The internship evidence feeds the same graduate profile.
What languages is the platform in?
In 6: Spanish, English, Catalan, Portuguese, Hebrew and Arabic, with full RTL support. Ideal for COIL and international campuses.
How much does it cost?
The Challenge Week is configured at three depths: micro (design of the experiences, always included), meso (method and institutional system) and macro (alignment with your educational model). You receive a fixed-price proposal in 24 h based on depth and number of students — and that price doesn't move. The institutional subscription is sized by active programs. No hidden costs.
What about data security?
GDPR compliance with hosting in the European Union, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and role-based access control. Student data is never used to train AI models and AI providers process within the EU. If your institution has specific technical requirements — data retention, backups, data processing agreements (DPA) —, our team reviews them with you before signing.
